i seem to have a myriad of viruses on this one office computer. i had
something called crypto 3. it has ruined my documents folder. i thought
i had cured it when i ran MS security scanner, because it found several
things and removed them except for the above
virtool. i've run two full scans. the second scan also found another
infection along with the above
vitrool which it said it detected but did not remove. also i ran malwarebytes afterwards which detected several files.
1) my main question is how can i remove
vitrool which it said it detected but did not remove. also i ran malwarebytes afterwards which detected several files.
1) my main question is how can i remove
VirTool:SWF/Obfuscator.F?
2) can i use shadow explorer to restore my documents?

This is not much help but it's all that is available from the MMPC at this time: http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/threat/encyclopedia/Entry.aspx?Name=VirTool:SWF/Obfuscator.F
What is your resident antimalware program (Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, etc)? Have you sought their assistance?
Since the Safety Scanner will not completely remove the malware try the following free scanners:
Update Malwarebytes Free and scan again. http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool: http://www.kaspersky.com/antivirus-removal-tool?form=1
ESET Online Scanner: http://go.eset.com/us/online-scanner
Hitman Pro Trial Version: http://www.surfright.nl/en/hitmanpro
(2) You may or may not be able to restore your documents. See the following:

Good luck…
