Getting error "The hosted network couldn't be started" while creating Wi-Fi Hotpsot [Windows 8.1 Web and Networks]

I'm facing this error while attempting to create Wi-Fi hotspot in my system.

I've tried various solutions on net, but none of theme helped to fix this. Can anyone help me to fix this issue..?
