Need help getting my Display adapter and Graphics card reinstalled [Windows 8.1 Devices and Drivers]

While trying to get my Nvidia GPU to work again by uninstalling it and then rebooting it I accidentally deleted my Integrated  ones instead. After some reboots I no longer see Display Adapters in the device manager. Also my external  monitor has stop working.

Ans:
1. Press +R to show the Run box
Type RSTRUI.exe and then click OK
Choose the previous day to restore the previous set of drivers.
